• Maximum amount:  $100,000.00

• We have terms that will fit your needs
• We have monthly payment amount that will fit your budget
• Fixed payment amount

2. Home Equity Line of Credit

• Interest Rate starting at Prime rate
• Variable Interest Rate- reviewed twice a year: Jan 1 & July 1
• Interest Rate will not increase or decrease more than 2% per year.
• 15 year loan : 5 year draw period & 10 year of repayment
• Variable payment depending on amount borrowed and drawn
