Surcharge-Free Guarantee
If for some reason you ever incorrectly receive a surcharge at an Allpoint ATM, Allpoint will refund the amount of the surcharge. Please Note: Some Allpoint™ ATMs may display a surcharge screen during your ATM transactions. If that happens, simply enter "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be charged the surcharge and no extra fee will be deducted from your account (as displayed on your receipt).

If the back of your ATM card carries the CO-OP Network logo, your credit union is a member of the largest credit union-only ATM network in the country. CO-OP Network membership provides surcharge-free access at 28,000 ATMs, which includes 9,000 deposit-taking and 5,500 7-Eleven locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. CO-OP Network’s membership has access to over 800,000 ATMs worldwide through links to NYCE, STAR, Cirrus, Pulse and Plus.

Like CO-OP Network ATMs, 692667 (MYCOOP) is a surcharge-free service. But check with your mobile phone provider as standard text messaging rates apply. And don’t worry, you won’t receive any unsolicited messages by using 692667 (MYCOOP).

To give you even more access to your money, we've partnered with the Allpoint and Co-Op Networks — two of the largest surcharge-free ATM networks in the country — to give you access to over 57,000 ATMs surcharge free all across the nation.

Allpoint ATMs are usually in Target, Costco, ExxonMobil and Chevron, while Co-Op Network ATMs can be seen in 7-11 convenience stores.

You can access Allpoint ATMs and Co-Op ATMs and all other non-SACU ATMs for up to four free transactions per month. Keep in mind that SACU ATMs (coming soon) always offer unlimited free transactions.

How can I locate the ATMs nearest to me?

To find one of the 57,000 ATMs near you, visit Allpoint or CO-OP web site, enter your address and select search the “all surcharge-free ATMs” option.
